A three-part service programme combining community water access, breastfeeding awareness, and environmental action.
The project story
From a local need to shared action.
Destination Bonny 3.0 expanded the programme into three coordinated interventions. Partners commissioned two 3,000-litre water reservoirs in Abraham Hart Community, Abalamabie; held a breastfeeding-awareness campaign in Bonny Main Market during World Breastfeeding Week; and carried out a clean-up at Seaview Beach. Thirty-three participating Rotary clubs supported the two-day programme, including a club from outside Rivers State.
